If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 14 days prior to arrival and receive a refund of your deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee. Please note that reservations cannot be shortened during minimum stay periods. Within 14 days of arrival, changes or cancellations are not permitted, and the deposit becomes non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Yes, an advance deposit is required for all reservations. A deposit equal to the average daily rate plus tax for every 7 nights of your stay is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit will be applied to the last night of your stay.
Please note that the deposit will be forfeited if you arrive late or depart earlier than your scheduled departure date. Full payment for your stay is due upon arrival, and no refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.
A credit card is required for a one-night deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. We accept cash, personal and travelers checks, as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Yes, a one-week minimum stay is required from the beginning of July through mid-August. Minimum stays also apply during weekends and holidays.
Room rates at The Sparhawk Oceanfront Resort are based on room type, view, and occupancy. A 9% Maine lodging tax is applied to all rates.
All rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $25/night charge for extra adults, $10/night for 3 – 12 year olds, and children 2 or younger are free of charge. There is no charge for a pack and play. All extra persons, regardless of age, must be arranged in advance.
